So glad to have David for my house inspection. He was extremely professional and paid lots of attention to details. Additionally, he explained the issues to us in detail and ensured nothing was missed. Strongly recommended!

Mehran came all the way to Chilliwack (!) and did a very thorough job and intricately explained every up and down in my prospective new property. What he did find things to improve upon, he gave strong suggestions on how to do so. The report provided later was extremely comprehensive and missed no detail. Home inspection costs might make some hesitate in the process of buying, but Mehran's services were worth every cent.

Mehran is very thorough in his inspection. He offered suggestions on maintenance and things to look for to avoid/minimize damage in the future. Definitely worth giving 5 stars!

We had a wonderful experience with David. He was incredibly professional, through and very genuine and friendly. David clearly explained everything to us and at the end he told us to reach out to him at any time should we have questions or need recommendations for other professionals down the road in order to keep our home running as smoothly as possible. As first time home owners this was a very reassuring experience. We have confidence in our home moving forward after David's detailed inspection and report.

Appointment was scheduled quickly, thorough and professional inspection, answered all my questions, provided a report very shortly after inspection completed. I was pleased with the service and recommend this company.

David was a great inspector. Thorough and professional and friendly.

David provided very thorough inspections for us on two separate occasions. He answered all of our questions and provided a ton of useful information. We would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a home inspection.

David is a great and professional inspector. He inspected the new house I wanted to buy in detail and also he explained to us the big and small issues in each section. Thanks to his thorough inspection, we were able to identify major issues before purchasing the home. And the inspection report was really fast, and the content was detailed and easy to understand. Thank you David for a great inspection experience.

We had Mehran Naderi assist us with a home inspection on a place that we are looking to buy. Mehran was very thorough, knowledgeable, and compiled a great report outlining the issues and what was needed to rectify the deficiencies. Further to that, my wife and I found Mehran very personable, professional, and patient with us as we are new to the real estate game. I would highly recommend this company, especially Mehran.
