The inspection on our prospective property was arranged really quickly. I met Mike there following his inspection and he was friendly and very informative on all aspects of the property taking time to explain. The inspection was obviously very detailed and Mike explained how he had tested and inspected and some suggestions for preventative measures in the future. The detailed report was received with a few hours same day and was well laid out and easy to follow. Thank you.

Very affordable and super accommodating! Contacted them, arranged the inspection, and got the thorough report within a few days. Excellent service!

Very smooth and easy to deal with, and most importantly unbiased/no self-interest. I was looking for drain inspection specifically done by a company without an inherent self-interest to do drain cleaning/drainage installation work. Was glad to find that Inspect Canada, an inspection company (not drainage/plumbing) does drain inspections. I ordered both Perimeter and sanitary drain inspection - but when sanitary could not be accessed, true to their word, they did not charge for that portion. Inspector worked hard and in awkward positions to work the camera into the drains as best he could.

We recently had Amanjot conduct a home inspection on our condo and were very pleased with the service. He was very thorough, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Going with Inspect Canada gave us complete peace of mind about the condition of our home. Would highly recommend this company if you need a home inspection!

Mehran was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and did a very thorough inspection. Highly recommend.

Inspector was very thorough and gave great advice to keep our home safe. I appreciate his time.

David inspection of the house was very detailed. His verbal reporting was well structured -providing his findings first, then possible reasons behind each observation and finally recommending a good range of solutions. He explains technical items in a simple and understandable way. We felt lucky to have David as our home inspector. Good value for money!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mehran Naderi from "Inspect Canada" for a home inspection on my new property, and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and dedication to his work. Despite calling Inspect Canada last minute and in a rush, they promptly scheduled an inspection for me, and Mehran showed up right on time. Mehran's attention to detail and thoroughness during the inspection were truly commendable. He went above and beyond to provide us with comprehensive information about the property. Even when we needed to add a drain inspection to his scope, Mehran didn't hesitate. In just 15 minutes, he brought in the necessary camera to address our concerns promptly. Mehran Naderi is a true professional in the field, and I have the utmost confidence in his abilities. His commitment to ensuring the safety and quality of our new home is evident in every aspect of his work. If you're looking for a home inspector who is not only skilled but also genuinely cares about the well-being of your future home, Mehran Naderi is the person to call.
