Canada's highest-rated inspection company

Mr. Bimal Parmar from Inspect Canada was the inspector for a potential purchase of a townhouse. He was very thorough, showed us the technology and technique he used to detect each area. Besides being very personable and knowledgeable, he was able to communicate in very plain terms as to what and how each deficiency needed to be fixed. Written Report was emailed within the hour after the in person briefing. I would recommend Mr. Parmar to friends and family without hesitation.

They are really great and very professional. Inspector Ramien was so detailed in explaining the things and went through every corner of the property to make sure that he don't miss out on anything. We would definitely recommend people to get their service(Ramien in particular) when it comes to home inspection.

David did a profesional inspection, and he provided detailed explanation of all his findings and recommendations. Highly recommend

I had a chance to work with Inspect Canada recently. They were kind to hold a spot for me, despite me being unable to give a firm date and time of the inspection. Of course the inspection itself was spot on. The presentation was done in two forms: video and written. The video one especially was useful for dummies like me. I would work with them again

Excellent Services

I was very touched by the fact that he went above and beyond my expectations; he made time for me during his busy schedule due to the urgency on my end. He thoroughly checked every detail of the home as if he were doing his own home inspection. As a result, some major deficiencies were found, which have saved me a lot of money.
