The inspector is very professional. He came with all his gears and tools. He spent over 3 hours on a 1500 sqft home is very impressive and did a thorough job. He explains everything in great detail to my clients. My clients are so happy with the work. I would recommend any buyers or sellers to use him. He got my vote.
Amazing company, fabulous attention to detail, and was extremely thorough and comprehensive. Gave us great unbiased information to make an informed decision. They were prompt, and professional, and took their time to explain everything in detail, even connecting with us over the phone when we had additional questions. Their online booking/payment system is extremely easy to use and efficient. I highly, highly recommend them.

I am leaving this review because Shane is the best home inspector I have ever experienced. I own several properties and have had inspections done each time I purchased a new one. However, this was the first time I have ever seen such a detailed and meticulous inspection. This was truly a special experience for me. I hope that you also find a good inspector when buying a home, so you can have a positive experience before making your purchase. For your reference, my inspector was Shane.

I recently had the pleasure of working with David and Shane from Inspect Canada for a home inspection, and I cannot recommend their services highly enough! From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and thoroughness were outstanding. Both inspectors arrived promptly at the scheduled time, equipped with all the necessary tools and a wealth of knowledge. They took the time to explain every detail and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Throughout the inspection, David and Shane meticulously examined every nook and cranny of the property, leaving no stone unturned. Their attention to detail was truly impressive. Their comprehensive report included clear photos and concise descriptions, making it easy for me to understand the condition of the home. What stood out most was their commitment to ensuring I was fully informed about the property. They went above and beyond, offering practical advice on how to address the issues they found and even suggested preventative measures to avoid future problems. The professionalism, thoroughness, and customer-focused approach demonstrated by both of them were exceptional. If you are in need of a home inspection, I highly recommend David and Shane.
