I had a great experience with our inspector—super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. You can tell he’s very experienced and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!

We recently had our walkthrough with our inspector Shane, and had a great experience! Shane was super friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He gave us a complete walkthrough of our home from top to bottom - explaining things to look out for, pointing out items requiring maintenance, and showing how he tested certain areas and appliances. I learned a lot! I can't speak more positively of Shane and his company. From booking to inspection day, everything was quick and seamless. The inspection fee was also very reasonable (especially for the quality of the work!). I would highly recommend Shane to anyone looking for a home inspector!
