I’m very happy with my condo inspection. Said and Hamed from Inspect Canada did a thorough inspection, explained all the issues, the level of seriousness of each issue, and the urgency in dealing with each. They also took the time to answer all my questions and explain anything I didn’t understand. Their written report was ready on the same day and they even provided a summary with photos.
Great experience overall. Super thorough.

These guys are the best, 10/10
Very fast and professional service. Very please with the whole process. the inspector carefully explaining what he does and listen to my concerns. also great photos taken by the inspector.
This team is super friendly, professional and most importantly - really really thorough. Everything was checked and they took the time to walk through all the details (appliances, electrical, plumbing, wear and tear, etc). Most importantly, this team found an undetected water leak coming from the unit above that needed to be addressed right away. This saved me time, money and the potential hassle of having to make claim if it had not been found prior to closing.
We were totally happy with Inspect Canada's speedy service. Damien took his time to explain in detail what he had checked, where we have to improve the deficiencies and additionally gave us valuable tips how we can improve those. We were really impressed with the service. We also received the report pretty much a couple of hours after.
This is my 4th or 5th time working with Inspect Canada. Their inspectors are really professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to every one of my clients.

Inspect Canada exceeded my expectations. Sandeep was extremely thorough and took the time to explain the report and offer suggestions when it came to aesthetic concerns. Highly recommend!
Ramien Boeve spent three hours inspecting the townhouse we are purchasing and then over an hour explaining to us and the two realtors any issues that needed to be addressed. We are pleased with the thorough inspection and the attendant photographs.
My husband and I were impressed with the service. It was a short notice and a long weekend. We needed the inspection to be done asap. I booked an appointment online and they accommodated our request almost right away. They sent subsequent emails with all the details so we know that everything is booked up and taken care of. Ramien was our inspector. He was amazing, he inspected a large townhouse with incredible thoroughness and precision. When he walked us through we knew almost every detail that probably even the owners didn’t know. He is very knowledgeable and proactive. Overall we are really impressed. Thank you, Ramien! And I would recommend inspect Canada

Bim is great! He did a thorough inspection for our future home. Give a lot of recommendations with a very detailed reports. I am very pleased with his service. To follow up with my previous review. Two months after the inspection, we got the keys to our apartment. We noticed there was a minor leak behind the toilet, which I believed it happened after the inspection. Contacted the company, David was sent to take a look. I'm surprised he said he would send a plumber to repair the leak and covered the bill. Good inspection and excellent customer service! I highly recommend this company for your home inspection.
Shane was thorough with the inspection! He gave us a very detailed walkthrough and was knowledgeable beyond any question. Thank you!
Very professional and friendly. My partner and I got a bunch of advice on what to look after, how to maintain (DIY vs getting professionals on it), and when to replace things if needed. I recommend!
Very thoughtful and detailed. Learned a lot and highly recommend to others.
