Mohsen was fantastic - he went above and beyond what my realtor and I thought he would examine. He is clearly very experienced in this field.

We just had an inspection done with Inspect Canada, and we’re very impressed with their services. Mike Juri was very professional, friendly and thorough and gave us so many tips on our new home purchase. We feel confident walking into our new home knowing what needs repair immediately and what we may be coming up against in the future. We received our inspection report within 30 minutes of our walk through, which was a bonus since we need our insurer to take a look asap. Thanks to Mike and team for making this a smooth process!!

Had a great experience with Mohsen and Mehran. Had two inspectors at once, which expedited the process. Highly suggest to make it to walk-through, as the whole process was thorough and with clear explanation of things to watch for. Loved the fact that the full report is easy to read and most importantly, is available the same day. Very efficient and professional service overall, would highly recommend Inspect Canada!

Mohsen gave us a very professional and thorough presentation, we were thrilled with the service. Thanks!

Charlie did a through job on the inspection! I really appreciated his help with the work on short notice.

My wife and I had our condo inspected by Charlie before purchasing. He was very thorough, professional, and friendly. He was able to give us a complete picture of the immediate maintenance required, as well as many helpful suggestions on things coming up to watch for. Will be recommending him to friends and family who need his services.

Michael was extremely professional and detail oriented, everything you’d want in an inspector. He explained everything thoroughly and left us with piece of mind. I would 100% recommend this company and Michael again.

These guys really worked hard to help us out last minute for a home inspection. They were kind, professional and thorough.

I had a great experience with Inspect Canada. We had Mehran inspect the condo that we were purchasing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We had our report that same night. I had to make a few changes to our appointment, and their head office was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. I would highly recommend their services.

Tremendously professional and thorough. Really walked us through everything with such professionalism, and he communicated on a level we always can understand and follow along. Also came literally in the last hour and we ended up making an offer 30 minutes after the debrief. Definitely will be coming back for future inspection and handyman needs.

David and Mehran completed our Home inspection, by far the best team to do this - exceeded all my expectations! Would highly recommend these guys to everyone!

We have used Inspect Canada 3 times and have never been disappointed. Will's level of detail and care are first class, which leaves you with a clear understanding of the inspection results. Thank you Will for making our home buying process easier.

A gentleman by the name of Dave inspected a home I wanted to put an offer on. He was able to come on short notice, was thorough and efficient and clearly very experienced. Dave knew what to look for, things I wouldn't have even thought of! I was pleasantly surprised at the detail to which he put into the inspection and the time he took to carefully and clearly explain his findings. His knowledge of the field was evident and I am very thankful for his suggestions, and most of all his honesty and integrity. My first investment to my new home was an inspection. So thankful for Inspect Canada and Dave! A++ all the way! I am happy to say I made an offer that was fair to myself and the seller and so I will soon be moving into my new home! Thank you Dave! Peace of mind is priceless!

We engaged David for the home inspection and he was supper friendly and professional and explained all details patiently. Absolutely recommend Inspect Canada and specially David Asselin.

Detail oriented inspectors, always professional, you get an extensive report and walk through with the inspector. Happy repeat customer!

Mohsen was amazing! Conducted an extremely thorough explanation of potential issues and took the time to make sure that we actually understood everything. He made sure to ensure me and my Wife both saw the visual issues and explained how to move forward. Would not hesitate to recommend! Thanks Mohsen!

Inspect Canada was recommended by a few friends of mine. The booking and payment process were easy. My inspector Charlie went through all details in the unit and answered all questions I had. Shortly after the inspection, I received the report which was easy to read and understand. I reached out to Charlie to ask a couple of questions and he responded quickly with all details. Also, he mentioned I can reach him out if I have any questions after moving in. I highly recommend Charlie and Inspect Canada to anyone who is looking for a home inspection service.

David did our inspection. He was on time, friendly, professional, thorough, and took his time to explain everything to me. This was super helpful as this was my first time buying a house. At no point did I feel David was rushing, which was also super nice. Inspect Canada was very quick to set up the inspection, and even answered my questions via text message extremely promptly. I'm talking minutes, NOT HOURS/DAYS. If anyone asks me about a home inspector, I would definitely recommend Inspect Canada and David to them!

Mike was very friendly and professional. He was very thorough in his inspection and answered all our questions. We are very happy with Mike's service.

Absolutely thrilled by the inspection, so much information including instructions for what we should do next (who to call or specifically what to do). Would definitely go back and refer to all my friends! They were so friendly (both inspectors and admin team)!
