We were absolutely thrilled with Mehran's inspection of our new home! His attention to detail was remarkable—he was incredibly thorough in his inspection, leaving no stone unturned. As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated how he took the time not just to show us what and where everything was in our home, but also to educate us on how to maintain it properly. Mehran made sure we understood the ins and outs of our new home, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. We couldn't recommend him more highly! Thank you, Mehran, for making this experience so positive and informative.

We had Mehran as our inspector. Incredibly detailed, thorough & informative experience. Thanks so much!

Had my (future) house inspected and ramien and sandeep did a good job, it was great to get not 1 but 2 inspectors on short notice to cover the whole property, they also extended the walkaround from 1-2 hours as more explanantion and discovery was needed. Ramien also afterwards followed up after some questions over text and which was appreciated.
