Inspect Canada did a good job on an inspection of a condo that my clients are purchasing. The inspector was very informative and thorough during the presentation. He emailed the report very quickly after our appointment.

Great resource of knowledge, very respectful and well spoken. I would highly recommend for you next building inspection.

Hamed did an outstanding job inspecting the house I'm planning to buy. He was extremely thorough, clearly knows his stuff, and walked me through the entire property at the end to explain his findings. What I appreciated most were his detailed recommendations on preventative maintenance to help me avoid costly issues down the road. Highly professional and insightful service—I feel much more confident in my purchase decision thanks to him!

Shane was an absolute pleasure to work with! I was referred to Inspect Canada by a family member that was impressed with their thorough and detailed inspection of their newly purchased home and my rep, Shane, was all of that and more! He has such a great energy and is genuinely a kind and caring soul - it was my very first time requesting a home inspection, and he made the whole process so easy to understand as a first time home buyer. He took his time explaining all the details, and highlighting any positives as well. What really made the experience memorable was hearing and seeing his admiration for me achieve such a home ownership goal on my own. Even though we had just met, I could feel how genuine and proud he was of me. Thank you again, Shane. For anyone looking for a home inspection, please request Shane - he's amazing!

Said is really professional! Thank you for your help and found out many things that I need to look into

I wouldn’t be someone for leaving reviews but I’ll make an exception. Had an inspection with Shane today, on a house we’ve placed an offer on. Absolutely fantastic and thorough service. Shane was very attentive and spent a lot of time explaining his findings to us, while also bringing some humour and fun to the inspection. Overall, an absolute gentleman. Great service and the inspection report was available by the time we got home. Also spoke to a lady in the office the previous day who was also very nice.

Said did the most thorough inspection and was so reassuring to work with. We will 100% be using him in future (and even our realtor, who worked him for the first time during our inspection, has added Said to her list of regular house inspectors). Could not recommend him enough!

Timely Communicative Thorough

Sina was professional and spent additional time to ensure the new home we purchased was inspected thoroughly. He was able to catch a number of deficiencies and highlighted possible areas of concern that we are looking to get addressed. Finally, Sina was timely in his final report to ensure that we were able to complete all necessary steps and get us closer to closing on the purchase of our new home. Thank-you again for you professionalism.

Shane was awesome! Very thorough, and had a great sense of humor. Walked us through everything we should know and all the things he found. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with this home inspection company. The inspection was incredibly thorough and detailed, and they were extremely detail-oriented throughout the entire process. They took the time to carefully review the home and provided an excellent, comprehensive report afterward. What really stood out to us was how much their inspection helped us make an informed decision. We actually ended up walking away from a home because of the findings. Had the inspection not been so detailed, we likely would have purchased the home and potentially made a very costly mistake. Buying a home can be stressful and overwhelming, and having someone who takes the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explain their findings, and make sure you understand what you're getting into is incredibly valuable. They went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed to make the right decision for our family. We would highly recommend them to anyone buying a home. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and thoroughness gave us so much confidence throughout the home-buying process. Definitely worth the price. Hamed Sajjadi was the inspector and he was very kind, and professional.

Shane from Inspect Canada was wonderful to work with throughout the property inspection process. What stood out most was Shane’s clear, friendly communication. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered questions patiently, and made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend Shane and Inspect Canada to anyone looking for a dependable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful property inspector. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Shane inspected my detached house and I was really impressed by how thorough he was. He took the time to walk me through the house in detail, pointed out things I would have easily missed, and explained his findings in a way that was easy to understand. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the inspection. I’m glad I chose Shane for the inspection and would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a home.
