Inspect Canada was detail oriented, efficient and professional. Thank you! Nelson Leis Oakwyn Realty Ltd.

Due to Shane’s earlier inspection on our first potential home we were able to identify a lot of issues that didn’t meet our satisfaction. This saved us from so much that would have become liabilities in the short term. Therefore, we decided to use his services a second time in confirming another purchase and again he gave us a great inspection that has given us the confidence to proceed with this purchase. Thumbs up Shane!

Shane Ballard—my man! He performed an AAA inspection for the condo I’m planning to buy, and the depth of his work was truly impressive. I was present for the latter half of the inspection, during which he meticulously checked every nook and cranny of the unit. Afterward, he walked me through the findings room by room, clearly explaining the major and minor issues and what was working well versus what wasn’t. Then going through the report was a breeze. Keep up the good work! Warm Regards, Sandeep Kamath
