Ramien Boeve

We had an exceptional experience working with Ramien and cannot recommend him highly enough! He was incredibly thorough during our home inspection, taking the time to carefully assess the property and ensure we had a clear understanding of its condition. What truly sets Ramien apart, though, is that his commitment to his clients doesn't end once the inspection is complete. Nearly three months after our inspection, we reached out with some questions about an issue that had come up in our home, and he was more than happy to share his knowledge, insights, and advice without any hesitation. His willingness to continue helping us long after the inspection speaks volumes about his professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for his clients. Beyond his expertise, Ramien is also such a personable, approachable, and genuinely kind individual who makes the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. As first-time homeowners, having someone we can trust and turn to for honest guidance has been invaluable. We would absolutely choose Ramien again for any future home inspections and would recommend him without hesitation to our friends and family. If you're looking for a home inspector who is knowledgeable, thorough, trustworthy, and genuinely goes above and beyond for his clients, look no further. Thank you Ramien. Ivan and Andreah

Ramien was great! He was very thorough in his explanations and I thought he did a really great job

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Ramien for our home inspection of our new multiplex. As he walked us through the house, we appreciated his attention to detail and guidance for how to use each appliance and utility installed throughout the home. Ramien's inspection report was thorough and cleanly designed which helped us to understand our inspection as a whole. We highly recommend Ramien for your next property inspection and hope we see him again with our next home!
