Recent inspections
We had Mehran do an inspection on our new construction home and was absolutely blown away with the attention to detail. I have worked in real estate for a couple of years and I have never seen such a detailed inspection report before! He not only looked over the important things but he also helped us with green taping deficiencies! He pointed out many great things that really helped us put together a well rounded deficiency list before taking possession! Thank you so much!!
Mehran was amazing! He saved us from buying a home that would have immediately cost over $100,000 in immediate repairs! Without his thorough inspection, we would have moved forward with the home that was only 19 years old. He was so generous with his time and knowledge during the walkthrough and the report included detailed pictures and information. I HIGHLY recommend working with Mehran!
Mehran was spectacular. The attention to detail, presentation, care put into the process was unmatched. I highly recommend him and Inspect Canada for any home inspection. Mehran went above and beyond for us and made us feel confident.
