About Jon
Jon Vandenbrink is an electrical engineer and the owner of Northlight Home Inspections in North Vancouver. He came to home inspection from energy-efficiency work and is also a certified energy advisor, so he brings an engineer's understanding of electrical systems, insulation, ventilation and heating to every home he inspects. Jon is licensed by Consumer Protection BC and has InterNACHI-recognized training and continuing education. He encourages clients to walk the house with him during the inspection, and his reports set out findings in plain language, sorted by urgency, with photos. Drone roof inspections are available. Jon lives on the North Shore and inspects across Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
