What to Expect by Year Built

The first thing a home inspector does when he/she starts an inspection is to see when it was built. The year alone tells us a lot about the house, what we need to focus on, and the common deficiencies found during that year. This presentation is intended for listing agents and their clients as they can use the included chart during showings to do some of their own due diligence.
