Mr. Said Noori was assigned to do an inspection of a townhouse in Coquitlam, BC, that would soon be purchased. He did a very thorough job in both conducting the inspection and walking the prospective buyer through the entire property.

Easy booking and fast response time. The inspector was very thorough and explained his findings in great detail. He provided suggestions on which trade to contact for each issue reported. Even though the building was only 3 years old, the results of the inspection were significant enough to justify a renegotiation. Highly recommended; extremely professional.

We recently had Shane inspect a home that we were considering purchasing. Shane was very thorough and detailed in his inspection of the property. After the inspection, he took the time to walk through the property and explain all of his findings to us. His full report was available shortly afterwards with a comprehensive image library of his findings - including detailed aerial views of the roof.
