Virtual Condo Inspections are the latest innovation by Inspect Canada. Too many buyers have been force to forfeit their right to do their due diligence for far too long. Buyers can now have more peace of mind and reduce their chance of disappointments with an Inspect Canada virtual inspection.
Having an inspector on site going through everything using their specially tools is a lot better than a virtual inspection but if the market doesn’t allow for a regular inspection, having a virtual inspection will be a lot better. After taking the course, you will know a lot more about what to look for and able to do you own mini inspection.
The cost is $100 + 5% GST for 30 minutes over zoom or phone. More time can be purchased if needed.
That is what the course is all about including the supporting documents. The course will teach you what to look for and how to report on the issues that you either found or have questions about.
